자원식물 수집: 국내외 유용 자원식물의 원종, 변종, 원예품종의 수집·증식·육종을 통한 식물자원의 보존 및 개발. - 주요 보유 식물: 국내 자생 자원식물 41과 75속 897종, Hosta속 원예종 128종, Lilium속 원예종 79종, Astilbe속 원예종 27종, 국내·외 양치식물 326종, 국내·외 식충식물 77종 등이 있으며, 그 외에도 이끼류 및 유용 도입 자원식물 다수를 보존 및 증식중에 있음 - 자원식물의 재배작형 개발 및 조직배양을 이용한 대량 생산법 구축: 다양한 식물자원의 재배작형 및 조직배양법 개발을 통한 유용 자원식물 증식 및 재배방법 확립 - 자원식물의 기능성 생리활성 분석: HPLC, 흡광도기 등을 이용한 자원식물의 기능성 생리활성 탐색 및 미생물 생육 제어 활성 탐색 - 자원식물 가공 및 상품화: 유용 자원식물을 이용한 다양한 생활소재 개발 (기능성 음료, 기능성 장류, 기능성 두부 등의 기능성 식품/ 천연비누, 화장품, 보습제, 두발 관리용품 등 미용소재, 항균제 등의 개발) |

- 건강기능성 자원식물 소재 및 상품화 개발 기술이전 산학협력을 통하여 본 연구실 보유 자원식물 및 기타 다양한 국내외 자원식물의 기능성 생리활성 물질 함량, 항산화 활성, 항균 활성 등을 탐색한 후, 새로운 상품으로 개발 가치가 우수한 식물자원 선발. 또한 선발된 자원식물을 활용한 기능성 식품 개발, 기능성 미용소재 개발 등에 관한 기술이전 및 특허등록 - 기능성 자원식물의 재배작형 개발 기술이전 산학협력을 통하여 기능성 자원식물을 상품화하기 위한 대규모 생산방법 및 재배조건을 개발하고, 식물의 기능성 함량을 증가시킬 수 있는 재배방법을 개발하여 이와 관련된 기술이전 - 기능성 새싹채소 및 어린 잎 채소 개발 산학협력을 통하여 건강 기능성 자원식물의 새싹채소 및 어린 잎 채소를 선발하고, 기능성 생리활성을 증가시킬 수 있는 재배방법을 개발하여 신소재 기능성 새싹채소 및 어린 잎 채소 생산법 및 기능성 생리활성을 증가시킬 수 있는 재배방법에 대한 기술이전 및 특허 |
